Tysha Osborne, MS, LCMFT
Therapist, Owner

Tysha Osborne believes in providing an environment that is respectful, safe, and non-judgmental. She approaches counseling by looking at the whole person (mind, body, soul) and how past experiences can influence the present. Tysha places a special emphasis on how to live in the moment, being gentle/kind on oneself, and how to draw on one's strengths. In describing her approach to therapy, Tysha first tailors the therapy session according to the client's needs, but her main emphasis is on building a safe relationship.
